Meet Diane Tarka
Diane Tarka is a senior Human Resources consultant and leader who partners with organizations to provide HR solutions, strengthen workplace practices and support business goals. She brings experience supporting multi-state organizations across healthcare, IT, consulting, professional services, nonprofit and corporate environments, ranging from small businesses to large, complex workforces.
Diane’s areas of expertise include employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, HR compliance audits and workplace investigations. She works closely with leaders to navigate employee issues, improve HR processes, support fair and consistent decision-making, and strengthen leadership effectiveness. Having served as both an internal HR leader and an external consultant, Diane brings a balanced perspective that considers business needs, employee experience, and compliance.
She holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, and is certified in Workplace Investigations, with additional credentials in coaching and leadership assessment. Diane is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves on the board of SHRM, Greater Valley Forge (GVF).
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Temple University.
